In this episode we have a deep dive into the list that Gary took to Heat 1. It performed very well, so tearing the list to pieces and analysing it was a great little bit of fun!

Welcome back to Part II of narrative fun with Steve Foote. In this episode we talk about advances in the Sultan project that Steve and I are building together.

Power outages and snow storms can all be a hinder to the comic creator, though they do offer some time to catch up on the physical stack of comics. Of course we go on a Superman rant, that somehow leads to Star Wars, of course mixes in with Batman and has a Superman/Super Mario comparison in there as well. Plus some pre plans for upcoming comic cons and new ways to promote.

Then we get some reviews going with 4 awesome, must grab indie comic stories. Adventures of a System Admin by Juan Espinosa all about doing your own business, none of this wasted time at college and working the 9 to 5 like the Dolly Parton song says. No you go your own way but that doesn't mean you might not have a few odd jobs along the way. Then we get to a horror book with zombie like creatures created from Wasps. Already totally awesome but then it goes Angels and Demons to top of the crazy shenanigans in Swarm by Andrew Acosta. We get around to finally checking out Niki Batsprite by  Francesca Urbinati in a beautifully drawn and colored book about protecting the Stones of Balance with an awesome Sonic Adventure feel. And last we get Jack Irons The Steel Cowboy by Wikid Publishing. I'm always sold on anything western like and future western is always bad ass too but this book goes through time as an interesting incarnation story that just is the tip of the iceberg in the first issue. Can't wait to see more.
