This paper explores the increasing use and potential of mobile applications in physical education. The authors investigate the prevalence of mobile technology among Czech students and teachers and their attitudes towards using it to support physical activity. The research identifies the features and types of available PA apps, alongside discussing the benefits and risks associated with their use in educational settings. Ultimately, the study aims to understand the current landscape and pave the way for the development of effective and recommended mobile app resources for physical education.
