I myself have not been the best at this concept, from experience I understand the feeling of pitching fatigued and pitching fresh. Take your rest seriously, it is important to go hard in the weight room, but at the right time.

I touch on plateaus and how they can come about after a big step forward. Enjoy, celebrate, and continue the climb, there are much higher mountains for you in this adventurous life.

Lastly, I talk about momentum, in life and in pitching mechanics, in order to deliver our best pitch, we must go backwards to gather, then we can explode forward, letting the gravity nature supplies take us forward.
