Modern Built Environment

Timberlab officially launched to market, delivering the full lifecycle of a mass timber project from inception to installation. With primary operations in the Pacific Northwest and the Southeast, Timberlab has grown to serve clients from coast to coast on projects such as the high-profile Ascent in Milwaukee, WI.

A Swinerton Incorporated company, Timberlab expands on the product and service offerings of Swinerton Mass Timber under this new brand, while retaining and reinforcing their roots in general contracting. Transitioning the brand from Swinerton Mass Timber to Timberlab keeps true to their vision to accelerate the mainstream adoption of mass timber construction. Timberlab has mastery over timber engineering practices, timber fabrication, the mass timber supply chain and installation. Timberlab provides design-build timber structures, fully coordinated mass timber supply packages, and mass timber product development to the market.

"Our goal at Timberlab is to make your mass timber projects pencil, and be your partner and resource wherever you require support in that process—we know how to design timber with the whole structure in mind. It's part of Timberlab's vision to promote the mainstream adoption of mass timber and show how sustainable development can be both financially beneficial and achievable," said Timberlab President Chris Evans.
