A new friend and fellow stand up comedian Brian Farrell and I discuss his experience with Multiple Personality Disorder AKA Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D.). We also talked about his life changing brain injury he experienced in 2005, and how he has approached life since. Of course, we talked about stand up, but not just simply that, but how doing comedy made a big impact on Brian's mental health. Had the opportunity to sit down and talk to Kim Martin who is the owner of QC Fuel in the Quad Cities. She is also a certified Health and Life coach as of recently, so we made sure to dig into that in addition to being a small business owner during the pandemic. Kim is a very driven person who wants to inspire others (especially women) to be the best versions of themselves. We could have talked forever.

Chris is a local Quad City comedian and new friend of mine. He's just an all around great, goofy guy who I knew I had to have on the show. We discussed a variety of topics including depression, ADD, sobriety, term limits for politicians, stand up comedy, and why Chris thinks everything is weird now.
