If you're considering becoming a Lunar Coach, this week’s episode could be a perfect motivation.
In episode 23 Lina tells us all about the lunar cycles and how working with the moon's energy can maximize our manifestations but also deepen the healing of anything we want to release and let go of.
This week Lina is back to tell us all about how she became a Moonology Coach as well as topics like, how she found her own spiritual path.
Rachel and Gemma ask her a mix of their more classic questions, as well as an array of questions specific to her modality, Lunar Cycle Coaching.

Lunar Cycles is the topic we will be diving into for the next two weeks. Have you ever wondered how to work with the moon, what the different phases mean and how they might affect you? Lunar Cycle Coach, Lina Della Luna, joins Rachel and Gemma to tell all.
This week Moonologer, Lina will walk us through the phases and the correlating activities we can carry out during each one. You will learn how working with the moon can supercharge your manifestations, while also reestablishing a deep connection to nature at the same time.

This week Rachel and Gemma interview ‘When Still Waters Speak’ founder, LiYing, to find out more about what drew her to Tea Ceremonies and how she started her spiritual journey.
Following on from last week’s episode when LiYing demoed a ceremony, this time Gemma and Rachel have the chance to ask her many more questions about her own experiences with tea. They hear how she fell in love with the ceremonies and she talks through her favourite spiritual resources and how she creates a sacred space to host ceremonies.

This week we invite you to sample a virtual Tea Ceremony.
Founder of When Still Waters Speak, LiYing, joins us to talk about and let us witness the ancient ritual of drinking tea in ceremony.
The episode starts with LiYing explaining many of the concepts involved with this beautiful art. She then talks us through what would happen in a ceremony, explaining what she is doing as she goes. While Rachel and Gemma follow along with their own cup tea.
Afterwards, both ask a collection of different questions so you can understand every aspect of the ritual.
If you would like to see the video of LiYing talking Rachel and Gemma through the ceremony head to our @ModernSoulSpeaks feed. Also, as LiYing highlights, normally these ceremonies are done in silence so we would both recommend attending one of her virtual ceremonies so you can witness that for yourself. We have both attended silent ceremonies and would strongly recommend it as a meditative experience.

Episode 20 is an episode with a difference!
We get lots of questions about ourselves; usually how we got into spirituality, what inspires us, what we’re working on, our next projects, what we like and dislike about the spiritual community, etc. so we thought we would answer these in one episode by asking each other the questions (and more) than we usually ask of our guest speakers!
If you’ve been listening to our recent episodes, you’ll know that there’s been a big project that Gemma has been working on for the last few months and in this episode she’s able to announce what the project is - something channeled and which has lots of pages! ;-)
We’re also excited to announce we’re reformatting our episodes - in the next few weeks we’ll be taking a short break (not long - just a week or two) to work on a new series of episodes, but first we have some wonderful interviews coming up over the coming weeks. In our new format, we’ll be doing a deep dive for about 6-8 episodes on one specific topic - this might be crystals, chakras, nutrition, emotional eating, Atlantis and Lemuria, Wicca, 5D and other topics.
If you have any requests of topics you would like to hear about, please DM us via @modernsoulspeaks on our instagram.

This week Rachel and Gemma talk about the Thymus chakra.
The Thymus chakra is an important one, not only because of its association with the thymus gland, but in how it plays a key role in our spiritual ascension.
Specifically, this episode addresses:
In addition, we provide an overview of the chakras, what they are, where the concept comes from, the seven main chakras, the colours that are associated to them, the ages we are when they develop, and what emotions appear when our chakras are out of balance.
We mention:
This is episode 1 of a 2-part series focusing on the books that have supported Gemma’s spiritual realisations and her spiritual journey over the years.
We touch on a number of different concepts and modalities including:
The following publications / practitioners are mentioned in this episode:
Episode two focusing on Rachel’s spiritual realisations is coming soon!
***PLEASE NOTE***
Please note that we’re changing our retreat date to Sunday 11th April so hopefully more of our lovely listeners can join us.
As a reminder, our online retreats are free quarterly events, held as a thank you to those who leave a podcast review.
We will be focussing on goal setting for the next quarter for the next three months and we’re super excited to have guest speakers joining us to deliver sessions this time, leading us in an opening tea ceremony and looking at astro projections for the next quarter.

We hope to see you there!
The topic this week is Spiral Dynamics! The show will explain what that is and how it plays out in each of us; as well as society on a national and global scale.
Always wanting to try something a little different, Gemma presents a topic she heard about herself several years ago. At that time, it helped her first understand her family dynamic more but now she uses the same concept to understand global events.
