Before Ruthy Taylor and Jessica Sieracki were Realtors, we were dabbling in content marketing just as the Instagram platform was being launched in 2012. We are talking iPhone 5 social media folks, when bloggers were everywhere. After meeting IRL in Portland at a blogger meet-up we've stayed connected unexpectedly through real estate. Fast forward to 2023 – Ruthy and her husband now own the boutique brokerage, Mosaic Real Estate in Tacoma and I'm stepping into leadership as the Business Development Manager for Windermere Chambers Bay. A whole lot of life and growth happened in 10 years. In this episode we share our paths, goals, experiences and struggles of this real estate life. 

In 2016 Matt & Kristy decided to move from Akron, OH to Tacoma, WA. We met on the internet first and became fast friends during the process of them purchasing their first home in the Hilltop Neighborhood. Join us for their journey purchasing a starter in Tacoma, to their dream home in Gig Harbor and then back to Ohio. I was lucky enough to help them buy and sell two home, live with them through Covid and send them back to the mid-west in a financial position to buy land and start investing!

Meagan & Josh have survived being underwater on a condo, to being on top in the middle of a wild market and settling into their dream home. There were some bumps along the way, but they've been pretty lucky in bouncing between three homes in the Central Tacoma area. Now they are on to new a-frame building adventures in the Randall/Packwood area near the White Pass Ski Resort. What a journey!
