Growing up most of us were taught to believe that it was bad to experience certain emotions. We were told not to be upset or sad.  Demands from parents such as “stop crying” or “don’t pout” were common to us growing up. For most of us those beliefs became ingrained into our psyche and a normal part of our life. Since we were taught at a young age to view certain emotions as bad; whenever we feel them, we usually end up feeling worse.

In this episode we are discussing emotions. It’s important to learn to how to manage your emotions, so that you can live a happier life!
