Module 2 - Collaboration in Guidance

Collaboration between all education stakeholders is key to best support each unique student. This interview was done with the Head of Guidance at Orchard Park Secondary School, Sean Ferney, who has over a decade of experience leading a team of 5 counsellors, 1 CYW and 1 mental health nurse. his insight was valuable into the important role guidance consellors play as "agents" for our students.
