Mohammed “Moe” Memon was born and raised in Southern California and has enjoyed an active lifestyle all his life.  He became interested in improving the environment by cleaningagricultural systems of runoff from contamination from chemical fertilizers many years ago and though not a scientist but a business major in college, he began learning the science behind the process by which certain types ofcontamination could be remediated.  Expanding the process to solid organic waste, he began using his knowledge of metallurgy, machinery, welding and fabrication processes to bring together the biological process and the mechanical process to create The Muncher.
