Moira takes offense to all the trash scattered around town and the lack of greenery in Schitt's Creek. She decides to take her grievances to the town council. Meanwhile, David is on his own mission to beautify the Blouse Barn - surprisingly to Wendy's delight. Unfortunately, though, Mutt & Alexis realize that sometimes the flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long.
