It's time again for Twyla’s annual murder mystery party! The only problem is no one invited wants to attend, including Moira. After learning that Twyla has zero RSVPs, Moira makes it her mission to ensure this is the best attended murder mystery party yet.

Johnny has booked a meeting with the local golf course in the hopes of a mutually beneficial business arrangement between the two of them... and to maybe get a free round of golf. Alexis has her eyes on higher education, and David is enjoying a much needed respite at the motel.

While Stevie is away from the motel lobby, Johnny steps in to help what appears to be a dream customer for the motel, but doesn’t quite grasp the proposition she’s making him.

Moira’s got mail and it’s Hollywood calling! David helps her record an audition reel, but he can’t help but notice something familiar and fowl about the script.

Apparently Ted’s not the only hot vet in this one horse town. As competition between the two heats up, Alexis develops a plan to help Ted’s ratings hop.

This week we find Stevie completely overwhelmed by the new responsibilities of owning the motel outright, and is buried in a sea of paperwork and accounting.
Knowing that she can’t do it alone, she starts to consider selling the motel, much to Johnny and Moiras terror.

Meanwhile, David’s license has expired, and he enlists Alexis to drive him to his driving exam. On the way to the exam, Alexis offers David some unsolicited advice, and the siblings have a deeper conversation about an unspoken issue they have had in the past with each other.

We're not dead yet! Back from a short hiatus, we're ready to continue our journey recapping Schitt's Creek season 3.   

In this season premier, David discovers his new love interest Jake is also seeing Stevie at the same time.  Moira learns that being on Town Council is more difficult than she first imagined, and that unlike the theater, the goal is not to simply keep people in their seats. Johnny loses yet another potential business venture, and Alexis is entrusted to watch over Mutts barn as Mutt and Tennessee go on a trip to harvest pine cones.

There is a mystery afoot this week as Moira claims that her campaign for town council has been hijacked. The few lawn signs the Roses could afford are missing, while Jocelyn seems to have 2 signs in every yard.

David finds himself unemployed as Wendy has overextended herself funding all of the changes he has made to the Blouse Barn. When David finds out that an Australian company is willing to pay Wendy $10,000 dollars for the business name, he smells a rat down under.
