Moist Nougat

Thanks for joining us for another episode. This week we welcome my niece, Sarah, into the studio, via phone. So we have three generations sitting in for this one. So it's Baby Boomer vs. Gen X vs. Gen Y (and some of the micro categories). We talk about how we use or used phones. Dial up internet, typing classes, and the typing duel! We also discuss paper maps, GPS, vinyl up to streaming, old school TV's compared todays smart TV's. Don't forget about video games, like walking to the arcade to play games for a quarter. Hope you enjoy!

In this episode we discuss rude and inconsiderate people, grocery store etiquette and key fob, horn blowing #@%$'s! We also talk about popstars, talent show judges and "pretty people. DanLee gives me a brief scare, then we get in to our truck driving days, wind, snow and ice as well as other close calls. Hope you enjoy!

This episode is dedicated to and in loving memory of Sally. She was one of my in-laws dogs so we decide to talk about pets in this episode. We talk about my dog, Ringo and DanLee's cats, Trouble and Mookie as well as his dog Lily. We also discuss movies, TV and the ridiculous amount of advertisements, logos and streamers that we have on or screens these days. as well as a bunch of other stuff. Hope you enjoy!

In this episode we dive into Covid-19. Wearing, or not wearing a mask, large gatherings and social distancing. We also discuss the holidays during the pandemic and not being able to spend time with family as well as the toilet paper shortage and watching too much TV. Then we jump into what we would do if we won the Lottery. Paying off debt, building houses and a studio. Doing things we enjoy and not worrying about money. Hope you enjoy!

In this first episode Danlee and The Kid discuss the studio and why we call it Moist Nougat. We also talk about skiing and wipeouts, bad driving, which will probably show up often! We touch on some of our past podcasting, the YouTube channel, huge hawks and chicken wings as well as our short lived SCCA careers. Hope you enjoy!
