Jennifer discusses the importance of staying visible and present with your audience, even when life gets busy. She cautions against "ghosting" your community and then expecting great things to happen when you reappear.

Next she asks are you afraid of showing up as YOU in your content? Are you hiding behind bland, boring, 'safe' and generic messages? Are you afraid to rock the boat, even a little?

Claudette raises the question of how to share content that is authentic and vulnerable, without dwelling too much on the "messy" parts of one's past. Jennifer suggests finding the joy and growth in the messy experiences, and focusing on sharing the lessons learned rather than rehashing the painful details.

We acknowledge that sometimes this sharing can be difficult and real, legit 'haters' show up, leaving us feeling scared and icky. But someone out there needs to hear your message from you, needs your offers. It's worth pushing through.
