Dr. Greg Hall welcomes Dr. Kila B. John, a physician-scientist and medical and nutrition educator. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Baldwin Wallace University, a master’s degree in human physiology from Wayne State University School of Medicine, and her medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. Dr. John connects science, gut health, and chronic disease prevention with skin and hair health, using storytelling, art, and AI to make complex medical concepts practical and easy to understand. Knowing that many resist changing their food traditions, she focused on developing (i.e., formulating and manufacturing) a plant- and mineral-based personal care product line for the entire family called Good Hair Good Body® LLC for people with sensitive skin, multiple allergies, multiple textures on one head and in one household.
