Molly is the Head of Student Loan Refinancing at First Republic Bank with a diverse, yet nontraditional background. Molly attended Yale University and sailed for the collegiate team. She continued to sail after graduation for the US Sailing Team.  In this episode, Molly discusses how her experiences being an athlete have shaped her into the leader she is today.
