**5 Minute Meditation**Hey, (mom) friends! This is a short and sweet meditation for my mommas (or really any parent). I recently felt guilty for choosing to have a week off from parenting full time and spend my birthday without my son! Truthfully, I needed a week off, a WHILE ago. Thankfully, my support system came together and gave me the time off without adding to my self-induced guilt. Eventually, with a full nights rest, I came to the conclusion that our checkpoints are going to vary. When we need to catch our breath and remember our names... It's very rare and sometimes you just don't know what to do with your free time.I know that feeling.So this short, 5 minute meditation, is a brief moment to help you ground that uncertainty and find a moment of peace.Thank you!
