Wait, what? I love being called mom, but I love being a Child of God more. As a Christian Mom, it's easy to find your identity in being a mom, a homeschool mom, a working mom, a stay-at-home mom... the list goes on and on. While these titles and roles are not wrong on their own, they cannot be the things that give us our identity. As you listen today, ask God to show you the roles you have let define you. God doesn't want you to carry the weight of the titles the world gives, He wants you to have the freedom in the identity He gives.
