We were able to chat at the airport waiting through a thunder storm going to Idaho. Priscilla is like no other person I know. She is absolutley amazing.

Today we get to chat with Taneka Hayes. CEO of Single Mom Success. When Taneka was 15 years old she found herself pregnant with no purpose. She wanted to be the absolute best mom. She began to study Islam under the Nation of Islam to find that purpose. Not finding it there she went on a quest that brought her the Christ Jesus. She has been through some stuff but now is creating her lifestyle in Christ that gives her strength. Today's episode is a chat with Moms Naomi and Aisha. Naomi is an MFT and works with special needs children and their families. Aisha has a son with ADHD and did lots of research so that she may parent him effectively. Both moms are African American and we touched on how a special needs diagnosis affects children in our community.
