In our community, we do the majority of our dreaming and scheming in February, because we believe February is the new January! But I do suggest a bit of reflection and choosing a word of the year to get started. In this episode, I'm sharing what I've chosen and the ways I plan to implement it.
We are taking a short break and will be back with episodes in February. ILYSM and I believe in you. Thanks for being at the top of my 2024 gratitude list.

What would it look like if you did an intentional debrief of how this holiday season went AND you made notes for next year? In this episode, we take a look at what it means to practice gratitude and plan ahead based on what went well, what could have been better and what we are saying never again to in regards to the holiday season. If you're feeling the chaos and overwhelm of the season, this episode is for you. I share a special affirmation I wrote just for us to help navigate this season with intention--and hopefully more peace.
I don’t want moms to miss the magic this holiday season. That’s why we are going to take time to declutter in three ways: quiet our calendars, quiet our homes and quiet our hearts and minds.
Listen in!
We are kicking off a four-part series titled "Happier Holidays." Together, we are going to explore what it looks like to decide, declutter, declare and debrief to navigate this holiday season. The first step is to decide ahead of time how we are going to feel, think, act and approach this chaotic time. Listen in!
Please share how you are navigating this holiday season: [email protected].
As a political campaign professional, I've experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows around elections. That's why today I'm switching gears. You may or may not be ready for this episode, but it will be here when you are. Take what you need, and leave what you don't. I've been inspired by @TheNester and @HigherUpWellness (both on Instagram) and I share what I'm doing to switch gears. Listen in!
