Most of us get to hear ‘There is nothing to be afraid of’ or ‘Everything is okay' when we reveal our fears or concerns to others. But, instead of supporting them with reassurance, these phrases could make them feel worse.  In today’s episode, I want to talk about why do some people need reassurance and how can we help them.

Can you feel the weight of the bag you are carrying on your back? The bag which is full of past emotions, secrets and ideas that are no longer serving any purpose? The bag you keep filing with people and their judgments and self-doubts. Don’t you feel the is bag cutting into your shoulders? And if you do then why don’t you set that bag down and empty it? So that’s what today’s episode is all about. Setting ourselves free from the weight and baggage of the past and how can we at least begin to heal it.

We don't realize that most of us today are becoming more honest and loyal to other people's expectations and are spending a large part of our lives pleasing them. And meanwhile, this inauthenticity towards ourselves is only bringing more and more disturbance to our lives. So in today’s episode, I want to talk about a secret that can help all of us live a simpler and more peaceful life!

Mental Health Awareness Month is still going on, and I thought to talk over the phenomenon of ghosting and how it can affect our mental health. For some of you who don’t know what ghosting is, I will pull up the meaning right from a dictionary. It means: when someone cuts off all communication without explanation. So let’s see why it’s important to talk about it.  

The past week I happened to check on with some of my friends and dear ones, and I realized how some of them are slipping into bleak thoughts, especially due to the ongoing situation in the world.
