Meet Carlos. His story inspired me! His father came back and forth from Mexico to the U.S. with legal documents to work.   In the U.S. Carlos went to school, while his dad worked. When the agriculture season was over he would go back to Mexico and study there.  Eventually, his father was "accidentally" hired in a tech company, paving the way for Carlos's amazing journey.  

Mari came to the U.S. as a child in car with her sister pretending to be asleep. She was told to be silent. She picked plums for 1 cent each in the Silicon Valley as a child. She is now an award winning author, a leader, a care taker, mother....  a VOICE for those that say they can't . She even has a Ph.D. Listen to hear her amazing journey.

Patricia Villegas is a proud first generation professional. She a Social Worker and a Professional Coach too.  Being a first gen means we do not have any guidance into anything professional growing up. Our perception on how things get done can be completely different into how it really is.
