We all face pressure in everyday life and some even just face the pressure they put on themselves. You may think once we become a follower of Jesus that all the pressures of life will fade away but it doesn't. Jesus said in this world you will have tribulation and that word also means pressure, our hope and salvation comes of course from Jesus and what he has done for us and with us.

Ps Alan uses a sporting analogy in which he explains the importance of a sportsperson being in the right position on the field to receive a pass or execute a play, to illustrate the importance of each of us being spiritually positioned, ready for a move of God.

Sharing how God has already positioned us in the heavenly places with Christ, Alan then then highlights what we can do to remove the blockages that hinder us and to partner with God, seeing his power released through us, doing the works that he has prepared for each one of of us.

The Apostle Paul writes in Galatians that Christ has rescued us from the curse of the law, taking all sin upon himself therefore redeeming us who have received Jesus by grace through faith into the promise given to Abraham. There is nothing you have done that Jesus Christ has not redeemed you from, this is Resurrection Sunday.

God's covenants reveal His unchanging love, faithfulness, and plan of redemption throughout the Bible. From His covenant with Noah, Abraham, Moses, and David to the New Covenant through Jesus Christ, each covenant shows God's desire for relationship with His people. These biblical covenants demonstrate God's promises, grace, and salvation plan fulfilled in Jesus, helping believers understand the unity of Scripture and the faithfulness of God across generations.

Since the last Australian census in 2016 we have seen a decline in the number of people who believe in the Christian God. We have seen a trend in Australia to a socitety of progressive thinking or as the book of Judges tells us – "Every man did what was right in his own eyes." The good news is that God always has a plan of redemption and that plan is Jesus, showing us a lifestyle of love, hhumilty, prayer and obedience to the will of the Father.

The abundance of God is without measure and flows from the very nature of who God is, we must remember the bible tells us numerous times that God is gracious, compassionate and slow to anger. Today we look at three people in the bible and see the abundance of God when things are going well, the abundance of God when it is unexpected and the abundance of God when things are not going well.

Travel with us as we see the prophet Elijah lead the nation of Israel out of drought and into the abundance of God.

Many of us know the story of Job, that he was according to Gods own words a man that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil, and yet in chapter 9 we read of the thing that plagued Job's life. Like Job we must be willing to let God prosecute our heart to reveal what should not be there or simply allow the conviction of the Holy Spirit to reach into your heart today.

The book of Acts is filled with many mazing encounters that the disciples had wherever they went. It started in an upper room where the promise that Jesus said would happen took place - the impartation of the Holy Spirit that enables us to have Dunamis power through Jesus Christ.
