The call of the Gospel message is one that is upon every believer, everyone who is a disciple of Christ has a mandate to go into the world and preach the Gospel. That world may be your home, your work, your family, that world is everywhere around us for God gives each one of us an opportunity to share about His goodness and love and what Jesus has done for us.

When Paul writes to us about the Ministerial or Five-fold Gifts in Ephesians 4, he was writing to a church that was going strong, to a group of believers that had a desire to grow in their faith and Jesus. Paul could have been writing directly to you.

Understanding the gifts of the Spirit is an important part of our identity in Christ, after all Jesus himself gave us the Ministerial Gifts also known as the Five-fold gifts in Ephesians 4. To understand how each gift operates helps us grow together in the unity of faith and understand one another in the Kingdom of God.

Even though at times it seems like it’s hard to sit and read the word we must be encouraged to be obedient to persist and keep reading because as we read a spiritual transaction takes place. Mark's Gospel shares the story of Jesus healing a blind man and it appears that Jesus couldn’t heal the blind man the first time – but when we know God through reading His word we get to see there is more to see in this story and we need to open our eyes to the greater plan of God. 

When it comes to the Gifts of the Spirit we need to make sure we are looking through the right lens and our attitude is planted on the right foundation. There are some things that help us keep ourselves on track to make sure Jesus is always the centre of everything we do so we all can be available and ready for the Holy Spirit to use us for the Kingdom of God and God's glory.

The words of Jesus are very clear, we must forgive, if we don't forgive others our heavenly Father cannot forgive us and unforgiveness has a way of weighing us down. Jesus came to give us life abundantly and because we are forgiven, we need to allow that forgiveness to flow though us to to others.

The will of God is about you being connected with the right people at the right time in the right place. When we look at the life of Esther in the bible we see the outworking of Gods divine appointment over Esther's life and His purpose for the children of Israel. God has a divine purpose for you today.

Whatever happened to the Gospel, is the Gospel just as effective today as it was in the past? George shares with us from the Matthew 13 and the parable of the pearl, God gives a gift of righteousness to the sinner. The parable is not about pearls, but it is about the gift of righteousness that God gives to sinful people. What sort of person considers the pearl of great price, the person who understands its true value, righteousness from God. God sees the person you really are the real Gospel recues us from sin and death wretched though we are and who will rescue this body of death. Praise be to God for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Wherever God is good things grow. In 1 Peter chapter 4 we read that God has given each us as followers of Jesus Christ a variety of gifts, not just a variety but a great variety and we are to use these gifts to serve on another.
