One of the most powerful and underrated words in the English language is also my favorite word. Can you guess what it is? No, it's NOT “motivation.” That word is _over_rated. My favorite word is actually...MOMENTUM! Any time you start a new journey, whether it's to lose weight, grow a business, or even organize your closet, there's an adjustment period of getting into momentum. But once you get into momentum and stay there, great things start happening. Take my buddy Jason, who wanted to drop some weight and hired me to be accountable to. He's doing REALLY well, and part of that is because he's got great momentum. It's the same for anyone doing well on Code Red. They're in momentum!
