Police reform is a topic that everyone brings a different perspective to, and if you haven’t come to the conclusion yet, this is very complicated and it has many different layers that take a while to peel, yet, through patience, wisdom, and genuine care for one another's well being, we can all get there.  I was joined by Jennifer Finley on the show and our discussion on community policing was enveloped in the idea that there's no way to escape the consequences of keeping communities safe.

At this halfway point of the year, there is no doubt that there are still tensions around the topic of policing as many opposing viewpoints are still left to be heard. Some more uncomfortable than others, yet through the sensitivity, and hurt that arise, we press through.
