Don’t believe everything you think because you are not your thoughts. Be more discerning before you react to your feelings and immediately generate “thoughts” especially if they criticize you.

When we speak of self awareness we often think of mental / emotional awareness of ourself. But truly, that is only the beginning. Because with that tool (self awareness), you can continue to explore yourself through different layers.

In this episode I let myself wander off into candidly processing my thoughts to share with you a glimpse of my paradoxical nature and eventually reminding you of the value of being yourself without putting the pressure of having to be something for the sake of providing value for others.

The mindset to keep in mind that will help you get through 2023.

Dark nights do not go away just because you start your self love journey. Might as well find value in them. And if you can’t find value in them, at least sit with yourself in compassion and acceptance.

Recognize the yearning in your heart as an effective ingredient for your prayer to communicate with the Universe, especially in times of adversity and low hope.
