Intention is defined as an aim or or plan. Prior to this shift I had no aim nor plan. It's amazing what happens when you change your perspective and develop a plan. That focused mind is what activates the power of intention.

It could all be so simple but you rather make it hard. Just give thanks! Welcome to episode 31. I learned that in order to have more, you must first learn how to give thanks for what you have currently.

Beginnings are usually scary, endings are usually sad, but it's the middle that count. You just have to let hope float. Welcome to Episode 30. Pursue: to follow something in order to catch. Welcome to Episode 29. As I pursue some of the things I have set out to do, I realize you never really catch that "thing" you're after. There will always be a new goal to reach. However, if your're not paying attention what you "post" will sometimes get in the way of that pursuit.

Fear is more crippling than you realize. It will literally stop you from reaching your highest potential. Welcome to Episode 28. This year has been dedicated to running towards things that scare me. They say the dream isn't big enough if it doesn't scare you. Soooo do you want it or nah sis!??????

On this journey, I've realized the critics are never in the arena with you. They're just there on the sidelines waiting to judge, so it's important to always remember your why. Everything I said I was going to do this year, I accomplished. I'm proud of myself and I should not be intimidated by that.... Welcome to Episode 27.
