Intention is defined as an aim or or plan. Prior to this shift I had no aim nor plan. It's amazing what happens when you change your perspective and develop a plan. That focused mind is what activates the power of intention.

There will always be a new goal to reach. However, if your're not paying attention what you "post" will sometimes get in the way of that pursuit.

On this journey, I've realized the critics are never in the arena with you. They're just there on the sidelines waiting to judge, so it's important to always remember your why.
