Momming On The Daily with Kelly and Marina

Let’s talk about all things,  I was on a ladies night call at 7:00 with other female coaches something was said that opened ears  Self Care Is Not a Luxury It Is A Necessity!!   Ladies you have to care for yourself, you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Tonight we talked about taking time for yourself, grab a friend and take a walk, eat your lunch outside, listen to your favorite music, meditate or pray. Remember you can’t pour from empty cup.  Take a listen and comment in and let us know what you do to refresh…

Let’s just be kind, Let’s keep moving if we don’t like something Or keep scrolling, let’s teach our children to be nice to others and not make fun of or be mean to other children if they aren’t like them.  Let’s hold doors again for others and let’s jus t acknowledge others when then walk by or enter a room with a kind smile.  There is enough arguing and turmoil in this world it doesn’t take much to be kind!!

Come on ladies, you know we put WAYYYYYYY too much in our purses, tonight Kelly and I are going through our purses and Kelly will choose a new purse to down size a bit.  Talk a listen
