In this video, I will try to provide updates on Singapore Airlines' performance. The last two years have been challenging for the travel industry, and Singapore Airlines is not exempted from the situation. Now, we are hopeful that air travel will come back in full swing soon.
After going through the numbers, my quick take for Singapore Airlines:
1. It posted profit and surpluses of operating cash for the first time since the onset of the pandemic
2. Considering its resilience during crises, and relatively fast turnaround, I am interested in making some position in the company.
3. The price is still expensive, and I am generally not that keen on a company that does not give a good dividend yield, like Singapore Airlines.
