Today I am all alone and talking about self-care. Not having my rider was a little weird but I managed. lol. Self-care as a mother is probably one of the most difficult things for even the most " all together" mother to get a grip on. Sometimes I don't see myself being successful because I am not giving myself that push to get there. So how??? How do I , as a mom, take care of my family and myself at the same time????
