Sleep training was quite possibly the most difficult and trying part of my mom journey thus far. It used up all of my mom guilt and durned to my core so it is certainly not for the faint of heart.

Preparing for the girls for me meant I needed quite a bit of help and support as 90% of my pregnancy was spent on bedrest. Now with help comes advice. The only aspect of child care for which I did not prepare was feeding.
