Learn how to help your kids self-regulate with Caitlin Russ, a mom of three (soon to be 4!) and occupational therapist.
Did you grow up learning about just five senses? Me, too! In my conversation with Caitlin, we talk about all things occupational therapy, including a secret set of senses that can really open our eyes to our kids' needs. She also tells us how all moms can help their kids self-regulate--bringing more patience and understanding to the table--without having an advanced degree like Caitlin's.
We talk about her experience pivoting from the professional world as an OT to a SAHM, finding joy in the chaos of motherhood, and specific exercises to do with your kids during the witching hours of 3-5pm.
