Burnout doesn’t always hit when you expect it. Sometimes, it sneaks up on you when everything should be fine. When business is thriving, the wins are stacking up, and life is full of blessings. But then, out of nowhere, you feel stuck. Exhausted. Unmotivated. You start questioning everything, even the things you once prayed for.

That’s exactly what happened to me this past weekend. I was in a deep funk, and no matter how much I told myself to “snap out of it,” I couldn’t. I almost let burnout convince me to walk away from the business I’ve worked so hard to build. But in just 48 hours, everything shifted. The heavy fog lifted, my energy returned, and I finally felt peace again.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain hard. And yet, so many of us feel like we have to keep it all together, all the time. But what if I told you that having a mini meltdown every now and then is actually healthy?
