As Moms we have so much on our plates. Schedules, meal planning, appointments, extra-curricular activities-the list goes on and on. At one point I felt so overwhelmed that I'd had enough. I took control of my crazy life instead of it controlling me. I started planning out my weeks, meals, and keeping lists and calendars for everything. Amazing enough, it's working, and I feel more in control than ever. Don't get me wrong, things fall apart and I have to shift how I manage it, but now I know how, and I'm forever looking for the next tip or trick to make my life better. This podcast will explore how to do it all without losing your mind.
