In this episode I interview a woman I strongly admire - Melinda Grimaldi. She is a successful attorney who was able to grow her practice all of that while offering value to others through her multiple free workshops. She is also a mother of two young children and resides with them and her husband in Hollywood, Florida.
Melinda is an open book and goes in detail about changes she had to make to her business, how she adjusted her life with the arrival of her first AND second kid, how she hired her first nanny and how she learned to delegate and more. Most importantly, she explains the importance of estate planning and how important it is to plan in advance. I personally learned a LOT from that episode as she dropped a lot of knowledge!

I often get questions like: “How do you network with men without them taking it the wrong way” or “How do you find time to network when you have a kid”? In this episode, I dive into why I network and I answer the most common questions I get. I have built and grown my business through networking so I definitelyI believe in the importance of it. You do not, I repeat YOU DO NOT have to be in sales to network. It is a way to build relationships! Some of the topics include:
-How to find the time to network with you have kids?
-How to find networking events & budget for them
Finally, I answer this question: As a business woman and entrepreneur, how do you deal with working with men? How do you create boundaries without compromising yourself and missing an opportunity?

In this episode I interview a woman I strongly admire - Alexandra B. Kontos. She went from being a lawyer owning her own multi-million dollar firm to working in business development - all of that while coaching women attorneys - and is now thriving in the health insurance industry.
Alex is an open book and goes in DETAIL when it comes to her career path, her ups, her downs (she hit rock bottom and talks about how she got back up), her divorce, her kids and more. I am very grateful she agreed to do this interview and I am excited for you to hear all of the gems she dropped. Grab your pen and notebook...there are plenty of helpful tips you will want to write down.
