If you've EVER pumped milk far away from home, you already know! The logistics of pumping milk while traveling can be super challenging. There's the actual pumping, and then the transport, plus the keeping it cold, and finally the airport security. It's a whole thing! When Kate Torgersen found herself pumping milk for her twins while on a four-day business trip, she experienced these challenges first hand. Her trip gave her the passion and drive to make this struggle better for other Moms. ONE YEAR!!! How is that even possible!?

This has been the grandest, most beautiful adventure. One that makes me so happy I typed "How to start a Podcast into the google search bar." One that I have been honored to be a part of. THANK YOU to each and every one of you who listen, week after week! Motherhood is SO much better when we cheer each other on? Isn't it! After talking further, I learned that Kate was both Soy free and Dairy free so that she could breastfeed her son Henry who has food allergies. And how Soy and Dairy are basically in everythinggggg.
