Perry Cerf & Demetrius Minor are just two of your run-of-the-mill violent offenders. But that's not all they have in common. They're also transgender inmates who were transferred to Edna Mahan, an all-women's correctional facility since the laws on transgender inmates changed in 2021. This, however, just added to the chaos and corruption already plaguing this ill-fated and dilapidated prison where 30+ DOC officers were detained in connection with coordinated and brutal inmate attacks.
