Sophie Milliken, Managing Director at SRS, an educational consulting firm, joins us to share her journey to entrepreneurial success.

She started from less than zero. As a newly divorced mom of a young daughter, she had a ton of debt and lots to figure out. She was driven to start her own company, largely to have the flexibility to parent her daughter the way she wanted.

Managing Director of a company she cofounded, author of the best selling book "From Learner to Earner", and having presented an invited TED talk, Sophie is currently very successful. She shares her story to show that success is often a difficult journey and looks easier from the outside.
