Keep a reflection journal. ๐Ÿ“’

Get into a regular exercise routine. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Set long-term goals, and break them down into smaller goals. ๐Ÿ“

Set daily goals, or โ€œmost important thingsโ€ to do each day. โœ”๏ธ

Prioritize your JOY and mental health. ๐Ÿง
