If you asked a friend to go to dinner with you, and they texted back that they would pass… where would your mind go? I asked this question recently on my Instagram stories and got a ton of responses. Not shocking, the answers echoed a “what did I do wrong?”
Prior to starting boundaries, my answer would have been the same, but guess what? The answer is almost always no, this has nothing to do with you.
