I meaning you, of course. My Great Uncle quit drinking for 20+ years because he repeated to himself every morning, "I will not drink today."
If we focus on the day and not on forever, our goals become manageable. If we focus on forever, we get overwhelmed, frustrated, and eventually give up.
Today's mantra will help you simplify and get back to the present so you can go forth and dare I say it, "Crush those goals."
