The Apostle Paul was always careful that his behavior would not negatively effect those in his ministry. If he thought his behavior could be a stumbling block for others, then he would act differently. Even when you understand that you’re free to do certain things because Christ isn’t legalistic and there’s no guilt under grace, some people are new to the faith or don’t fully understand God’s character.
