In this week's episode I am reminded that unforgiveness holds us back in so many ways. When we don't forgive one another, we are left with bitterness, a hardened heart and lack of joy! God doesn't want you to live that way. If you need help processing a traumatic event/issue I encourage you to get the help you need with a professional counselor.
