Here are a few tips to help you with holiday eating!
1. Don't skip meals
2. Have a some caffeine; helps reduce the appetite
3. Do not grab everything.. get what you absolutely love
4. Exercise!!
5. If you like to munch on what you're baking chew mint gum, nothing taste good after chewing mint gum!
6. Wear snugger clothes
7. Water, water, water
8. Remember the reason for the season!
