MONDAY WAS THE PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION - HERE'S WHAT I'M THINKING:

1. It's going to be a looooong, hard four years. But? We've all done hard things, for a loooong time. We've got this!
2. Don't allow the current political climate deluge your future. 
3. Build your queer community and go where the good feelings and support are.
4. Detach from all the external negativity and focus inward on being compassionate to yourself and your family; practice daily grounding techniques and surround yourself with positive, supportive queer friends.
5. Build community and nurture new queer friendships.
