When we’re scared of something, we don’t want to interact with it. Today, Pastor Bill says the people in 1 Samuel forgot what the fear of the Lord was like. When we fear the Lord, it isn’t the same kind of fear as a fear of heights would be. Instead, it’s a reverence for who God is and what He has done for your life. When you fear God you’re saying “God, I know you are stronger and know more than me, guide me.” To have a proper fear of the Lord you must first believe that He is God. Believe in Christ today!
