Mondo Cool Movie Dudes

We finally return this week with 1986's Highlander, starring Christopher Lambert, Clancy Brown and Sean Connery, not to mention a rockin soundtrack by Queen. In this time-jumping fantasy epic, we meet such characters as The Kurgan, a brutally insane ancient barbarian bent on decapitating our hero, that one detective from The Big Lebowski playing basically the same character, and the legends of '80s wrestling who are The Fabulous Freebirds. Find out who was nearly decapitated for real on set, and just how many sequels this movie spawned.

We hope you enjoy!

Today marks our show's six month anniversary, as well as our 14th movie review! We kick things up a notch with 2009's Dragonball Evolution. For the first time since World War Z, we wound up with an episode longer than the movie itself. We had a lot to say about this one, unfortunately for us, most of it negative. Oh well, we think you'll enjoy this one a lot. If Justin Chatwin, or any of his friends or relations happen to get an earful of this episode, we sincerely apologize. When that Dragon's rockin', you best come a-knockin'. Enjoy!
