2010, tank girl es una banda punk precaria cuyos miembros provienen de (otra banda de punk nepalisco) rai ko ris. suelen dar conciertos para organizaciones que luchan por los derechos de la mujer, por su defensa y rehabilitación etc. la mayoría de sus canciones hablan de la explotación, el odio, el sexismo, la violencia doméstica y la desigualdad que sufre la mujer nepalí. la banda se considera anarco-feminista. tank girl y rai ko ris tienen una infotienda anarquista "the infoshop" en kathmandu, nepal.
