I don't like the structural image mold that women have to fit in order for society to accept them. Why must I 'look' the part and be seen as 'confident' while being uncomfortable with myself and how I appear. Your comfort level is more important, in my opinion, than having confidence. One can be confident on the outside and inside are an empty shell.
This episode gives a little antidote on self-beauty and the journey towards self-discovery. I have learnt to be comfortable in my own skin which is the most important. My comfort level is more important than my confidence level.
