I have a really cool guest for this week's episode. I met Neve Grace through a Ayurveda and yoga session for my monthly support group for people with crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. I love how her bio describes her on her website:
"Neve is a fire performer, DJ, seasoned yoga teacher, blues dance teacher, speaker, thought leader, altruistic entrepreneur, relationship coach, and health coach. Her clients and colleagues admire her open-hearted leadership, intuitive surrender to the moment, and all around fun energy. Her course involves a spiritual journey to help address rising challenges as we start to realize our potential and create healthier habits. Neve focuses on guiding her clients toward dynamic leadership skills, healthy boundaries in relationships, intimacy and deeper connection to spirit. She leads groups of people to their potential using ancient wisdom from India: Ayurveda and Yoga. If you desire a deeper connection to spirit, intimacy in your relationships, or ignited creative energy, she will guide you there..."
I was great talking with her about these subjects. Thanks Neve!! If you're interested in learning about yoga, Ayurveda, habit science, and more check out her website https://www.yoginineve.com/ :-)
